**Collecting guest waivers for parties is finally easy**

Party hosts can easily distribute digital waivers to their invited guests, and party goers will receive an access code to enter the playground for the party upon successful waiver completion.

The Process:

The party hosts books a birthday party reservation.
They then share a guest waiver link with invited guests ahead of the event.
As guests complete their waivers, the host can track progress in real time directly from their account. They’ll be able to view each guest’s name, contact information, and the names and ages of any participating children.
Each party guest receives an access code via email upon successfully completing their waiver.
The party host and their guests can enter the facility seamlessly using their access codes, no staff required.
Rhōmb administrators have full access to all signed waivers and guest details for each event, along with the option to print the list if needed.
