If you exceed 100 transactions, you’ll instead pay a per-transaction fee based on the tier you fall into.
Transactions include: purchases, membership renewals, cancellations, and membership suspensions.

Transactions are defined by product type, not by quantity. For example, if a customer purchases three day passes and three memberships in a single checkout, this counts as two transactions, one for day passes and one for memberships.

Our optional door monitoring feature lets you keep an eye on every door entry.
Rhōmb includes a powerful door monitoring feature. With a camera at your entrance, you can review door entry clips in the activity log, unlock doors remotely from a live feed, and help prevent tailgating.

Payment Processing
Rhōmb Payments offers competitive rates compared to major providers.
Payment processing is separate from our software fees. These fees are required for all eCommerce and cover the secure transfer of funds from your customer’s card to your bank account.
